SHODEN First transmission Basic techniques mastering level “Shoden” unit includes the mastering of main Bushinkan Ju Jutsu techniques, simple ways of its combining and appliance in a real attack and defense. First “shoden” degree mastering in Bushinkan Martial Art can be defined as studying of simple reactions on simple actions and corresponds to the technical “shodan” grade - 1st dan. CHUDEN Middle transmission Advanced techniques mastering and its modifying level In Bushinkan School the achievement of “chuden” degree corresponds to the “yondan” technical level - 4th dan. This grade allows red-black belt wearing and after special course and knowledge testing gain “shihan-dai” title. OKUDEN Deep transmission Programming the opponent onto designated techniques usage “Okuden” degree in Bushinkan Martial Art supposes the ability to cause the attack of an opponent to a particular part and make him defend with a definite part of the body the very way you need. Unexpected disclosure of opponent’s defense, as usual, naturally caused him to attack “unprotected” part. Knowing the part of attack beforehand and conceiving its form, “okuden” degree holder is able to counterattack it using any technique from Bushinkan Ju Jutsu arsenal. It is also possible to make deliberately the situation, which gives the opponent an impression that the adherent is caught on some technique. In this case one can give the opponent his extremity or part of the body for a hold or strike or make convenient conditions for this. Having defined the hold beforehand or any other form of attack, which opponent would try to carry out, it is possible to use it in one’s own intentions, counterattacking him with any technique suitable in this case. In Bushinkan School “okuden” degree mastering corresponds to the technical and tactical “rokudan” grade - 6th dan. This grade allows obtaining “renshi” title and red-white belt, symbolizing turning back to the light origin, given on being born, that is spiritual purification and constantly burning inner fire.
